Where do you ship from?

Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at administration@alascend.com and we’ll help you start the return process.

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll either replace it or issue a full refund depending on availability.
